PSA regarding the Open wod TODAY: If you plan on attempting 15.4 Rx, PLEASE (please) arrive at the box on time (we open at 10am) to warm up and be ready to go so we can get through heats in a timely manner. This wod requires a little more preparation with the measurement requirement for the HSPU, but heats will go quickly since the time cap is 8 minutes. Coach JV will be running heats this weekend and will impose a hefty burpee penalty to latecomers. #norep
OUR OPEN SCHEDULE: We will be doing the Open workouts on Saturdays. The gym will be open from 830am-noon. We will start Open heats at 9am (sign-up sheet for heats is next to wodify kiosk). Athletes who have registered for the Open will get an official judge. Athletes who are there to do the wod but have not registered will still be assigned a heat, but not an official judge. Open Gym is still on for those not competing and not wanting to do the Open wods, but the Open wods will take priority for space, time, and coaches. If you can’t come on Saturday, other days are available by appointment.
