While jogging around the gym, perform the following movements when they are called out:

-High Kicks
-High Knees
-Butt Kicks
-Arm Circles
-Over the Fence
-Tiger Knee
-Bear Crawls

Back Squat 1 x 1

30 minutes to establish your 1 rep max back squat

Metcon (AMRAP)

5 Minute AMRAP of:

7 Front Squats 115/75
7 T2b

Rest 4 Minutes

5 Minute AMRAP of:

7 OHS 95/75
20 Double Unders
