Weightlifting:

Clean 5X2 @ 75% 2X2 @ 80%

 

Metcon:

12 minutes to complete the following:

12 Power Clean 135/95#
15 Wall Ball 20/14#
50 DU

With remaining time: AMRAP of bar-over burpees. Score is your burpees.
