Registered athletes: Heats begin at 9am this morning. YOU MUST SIGN UP FOR A HEAT IN WODIFY. You sign in to the heats just like you sign in to class. Make sure you’re looking for classes under the program “2014 CrossFit Games Open.” (NOTE: Please don’t worry about not being able to do pull-ups — you will get a workout in. That’s all we’ll say about that for now…) Coach Erick wants you to do your best, and has created a very thorough write-up about preparing and executing this wod. Log in to wodify to check it out before you head to the gym.

The gym will be open at 830am so you may come early to warm-up. Even those who sign up for a later heat are encouraged to come in at 9am to show support for their fellow athletes. You are also welcome to bring friends and family for extra moral support. Let’s keep the energy going and show pride in our community!

Athletes who aren’t registered for the Open: You are welcome to come wod with us! We will have a coach who isn’t judging the registered athletes available for you. Please come at 9am and we will assign you to go with certain heats.

Oly class is still on and will start at 10:45 after all Open heats have finished.

From 0:00-3:00
2 rounds of:
10 overhead squats, 95 / 65 lb.
10 chest-to-bar pull-ups

From 3:00-6:00
2 rounds of:
12 overhead squats, 95 / 65 lb.
12 chest-to-bar pull-ups

From 6:00-9:00
2 rounds of:
14 overhead squats, 95 / 65 lb.
14 chest-to-bar pull-ups

Etc., following same pattern
