The Goals Board is up! From young to old, novice to pro, ALL athletes have fitness goals. No time like the present to work toward the future: Want to increase your back squat by 20# before the New Year? Climb a rope in 8 weeks? Write it down and let’s make it happen!
Field trip! There’s a trip to Gravity Vault in the works for Sunday Sept. 14 (following Open Gym). The class will be 2 hours long, in which we will all learn how to belay and will be working with each other to climb. After that, everyone who participates in the class will be certified to climb at their facility any time they want! If we get more than 10 people, the group rate is $29 per person. Do you have kids? Do you want them to learn self-confidence, body awareness, and fitness while having fun in the same inclusive group environment that you love? Check out our CrossFit Kids program! Speaking of kids, we now offer part-time childcare! Every Monday and Thursday for the 530 & 630pm classes, AND Wednesday for the 915am class. This service is $3 per child, $1 for siblings, and is open to 7 year olds and younger (infants too!). Please note that children under 7 may not be left unattended due to liability issues. Thank you!
