Do you have kids? Do you want them to learn self-confidence, body awareness, and fitness while having fun in the same inclusive group environment that you love? Check out our CrossFit Kids program! Details can be found here.

Speaking of kids, we now offer part-time childcare! Every Monday and Thursday for the 530 & 630pm classes, AND Wednesday for the 915am class. This service is $3 per child, $1 for siblings, and is open to 7 year olds and younger (infants too!). Please note that children under 7 may not be left unattended due to liability issues. Thank you!
