Mahwah Day is THIS Saturday, 9/20, on Commodore Perry Field from noon-5pm. There’ll be food, fun, and festivities for the whole family! We’ll have a tent set up and be talking to the community about how awesome CrossFit is. If you’d like to help us out by volunteering for a demo wod, please email Liz at [email protected] We’d love for you to stop by and say hi even if you can’t workout with us.

The Goals Board is up! From young to old, novice to pro, ALL athletes have fitness goals. No time like the present to work toward the future: Want to increase your back squat by 20# before the New Year? Climb a rope in 8 weeks? Write it down and let’s make it happen. If you need pointers, feel free to reach out to a coach — that’s what they’re there for!
