Crossfit Mahwah combines body weight movements, cardio, and weight training into 60 minute total body classes. No 2 classes are ever alike. The classes are Crossfit style and are in a group environment and our expert full time coaches guide you every step of the way from fitness to nutrition as your personal coach.

With DOMS you burn calories for up an additional 3 days after each workout. It’s not uncommon for our clients to lose 5, 10, even 20 pounds just in our 21 day Crossfit Course that all beginners attend.
There is over 40 classes per week at every location. Plus you get weekly meal plans and unlimited phone and email coaching from your own coach.
