Then
21-15-9 Reps for time of:
Dips Rx+ Ring Dips
DB Thruster Rx 45/25 Rx+ 55/35

 
Dips: Can be done on Matador, box or bench. Challenge yourself, but don't get hung up on them. If you can do a few matador each round, then move to box, thats ok.
