30 Min - CLEAN AND JERK-

ALL: Clean and Jerk (3-3-3-3-3-3 - 1st Set @ 75% 3Rm Clean)
 
Sub: Hang Power Clean
The first working set should be approximately 75% of a recent 3 rep max. Try for a new personal record on the 3rd or 4th set. If the athlete misses more than one rep in a set, reduce the load for the next set. Log only loads lifted with proper mechanics to track progress.
