Warm-up:

3 rounds of:

3 high hang cleans
3 clean from above knee
3 clean from below knee

 

Barbell:

1 clean segment pull + 1 3-position clean + 1 clean

6 sets done at 70-80% of 1-rep max

 

Workout:

EMOM for 6 minutes

1 High hang clean
1 Full clean
1 Burpee (climbing ladder, adding one each minute)

@ 65% of 1-rep max
