2 second hold in hole each rep

Then:

4×2 @ 70%

2×2 @ 75%

1×2 @ 80%

1×2 @ 75%

Rest 2 Min between sets

Complex

Use 55-60% of your 1 RM

1 Snatch Pull

1 Full Snatch

1 OHS

5 Bar hop-overs
