"WOD" Workout Of The Day
Open 17.1 (20 Min Cap)
Do Not touch leg with other hand/arm
Arm must be Locked out Straight overhead, dumbell must touch floor before next rep and must alternate between arms.
Burpee BOX Jump - must stand facing the middle of the box. Both Feet need to Come off ground at same time, do NOT have to stand up on the box.
All: CrossFit Games Open 17.1 (Time)
For time:
10 snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs
20 snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs
30 snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs
40 snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs
50 snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs

M: 50-lb. dumbbell / 24-in. box
F: 35-lb. dumbbell / 20-in. box

Time cap: 20 minutes

SCALE: Men use 35-lb. Women use 20-lb dumbbell and BOTH use 20-in. box, step-ups OK
