The core of our daily “WOD (Workout of the Day) is based on CrossFit. We create a comprehensive class that conditions the major aspects of everyone’s physical fitness: flexibility, speed, agility, strength, endurance, balance, coordination, stamina, accuracy, and cardio. Every Class is scheduled for one hour, run by a “CrossFit Level 1” Coach. We create a fun, and challenging environment for everyone. Workouts change daily, always challenging you. ALL fitness levels and age groups are welcome because every workout can be scaled to fit your personal fitness level.

Option #2 (New To CrossFit)

fundamentals

  • 6 Personalized coaching Classes (1-5 People).
  • WOD Book For Beginners
  • Unlimited Membership for remainder of Month (Once Complete Fundamentals)
  • Cover the Primary movements in CrossFit
    • (air squat, front squat, overhead squat; shoulder press, push press, push jerk; deadlift, med ball clean, sumo deadlift high pull; and hang power clean, hang power snatch), ensuring you’ll know how to perform them safely and to the best of your ability.
    • If you are new to CrossFit you will be required to complete the Fundamentals course before joining regular workout classes.

Personal Training
Not a fit for group training? Intimidated about starting CrossFit? We offer one on one personal training for those looking for that individual attention. Or looking for some individualized attention to work on your Olympic Lifts, etc….

At the CrossFit Mahwah we have a great group of trainers that would love to work with individuals outside of group class to help you accomplish your goals. We have worked with all types of athletes and non-athletes to help them accomplish weight loss, performance and overall health goals
