Prep: With Bar then 1 Set at Working Weight
4 Front Squat
4 Front Rack lunge
3 Burpee

6 Front Rack Lunge Rx 135/95
6 Burpee

Choose a weight that allows for unbroken Sets- Try not to drop the bar for the Front Squat to the Lunge.
