Clean
Sets and Reps- 21-15-9-6-3-1-1-1
1. The goal is to perform each set unbroken, without putting the bar down, with as much weight as possible
2. Increase weight each set
3. If you break a set, pick the bar up and finish in as few sets possible
4. REST 3 MIN BETWEEN SETS
5. A general rule of thumb would be to start at 50% of your 1RM Clean and add 10% each set.**
