The core of our daily “WOD“ (Workout of the Day) is based on CrossFit. Young or Old, newbie or veteran, we train to improve these 10 physical skills: flexibility, speed, agility, strength, endurance, balance, coordination, stamina, accuracy, and cardio. Every Class is one hour, run by a “CrossFit Level 1” Coach. We create a fun, and challenging environment for everyone. Workouts change daily, always challenging you.

ALL fitness levels and age groups are welcome because every workout can be scaled to fit your personal fitness level.
