The Open is HERE! There’s still time to sign up:!! Need some encouragement? Here’s why you should be a part of this event that is literally open to ALL (and with a scaled division this year, there really is NO reason not to join fellow CrossFitters worldwide as we test our fitness together).

OUR OPEN SCHEDULE: We will be doing the Open workouts on Saturdays. The gym will be open from 830am-noon. We will start Open heats at 9am. Athletes who have registered for the Open will get an official judge. Athletes who are there to do the wod but have not registered will still be assigned a heat, but not an official judge. Open Gym is still on for those not competing and not wanting to do the Open wods, but the Open wods will take priority for space, time, and coaches. If you can’t come on Saturday, other days are available by appointment. Any questions, please email [email protected] The Open starts THIS Saturday, 2/28, and ends 3/28. Good luck to all competing!

Treat yourself to some recovery this year! Dr. Robb of Precision Upper Cervical on Franklin Tpk in Waldwick will be holding office hours Monday nights from 6-8pm! He’s a fellow crossfitter as well as a chiropractor, so he knows all about what we do and how to undo it so we can keep on doing it pain-free! Sign-up sheet with all the details is hanging by the wodify kiosk in the box. NOTE: You will need to call his office prior to your appointment.
